TOPIC: RPX (Joomla) with linked phpbb3 (Rokbridge)

RPX (Joomla) with linked phpbb3 (Rokbridge) 1 year, 5 months ago #76

Ok so I'm just getting my new site up and running and I wanted to allow my users to sign in with their social network information (facebook & twitter) so i installed RPX from the extensions directory. Everything looked fine until i realised that the new users created from RPX logins weren't getting bridged to my phpbb3 via RokBridge like they usually are when they register the normal way. Does anyone know a workaround to get new users bridged automaticly or how to auto direct new RPX logins to the joomla new user registration page with their info inserted in the appropiate fields?

Hello,

RPX module is meant to work with joomla, and if you have any other application running like phpBB then you need to modify the module to have user to be registered into your bridge application.
