Q1. I have created the profiles but there are no images showing for the profile, even if I have selected to generate profiles with images. What am I doing wrong?

A. Please check if you have uploaded the images folder to the appropriate path given in the installer. And you have the images with same naming convention as described in Q3 below.

Q2. How can I specify my own list of first/last names?

A. You can select the file available in the dropdown, or you can go to administrator/components/com_profgensocial/views/item/tmpl/files and edit the file you want to change. Or otherwise, if you want to create your own file, you can upload it to the given directory. And select it while generating profiles.

Q3. I see all image with some naming convention, can you please let me know the meaning of each parameter used in image name? for example "f_19_a_0001.jpg"

A. The image has it's own specification to help generate profile understand

first parameter : f/m - indicates whether the image is for female/male.
second parameter : 19 - shows age of the person in profile image
third parameter : a - Asian, b – Black, w – White >> shows ethnicity of the profile person
fourth parameter : 0001 - just any number for your reference

Q4. I can upload any image gif/png/jpg for profile image?

A. No, only jpg files are supported. And it should have the naming convention as given in the Q3.
